8.2. GreenHearth is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and only deals with limited companies. You will not have the benefit of the protection and remedies that would be available to you under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 if this agreement were a regulated agreement under those Acts.
8.3. If you are in any doubt as to the consequences of GreenHearth not being regulated by the FCA you should seek independent legal advice.

9.1 In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions of use and access of this website is held unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and will be replaced by an enforceable provision that comes the closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
