Funding Elm Valley Foods

GreenHearth worked with Elm Valley to support them in the financing and installation of a 50.3 kWp system on their warehouse and distribution hub in Suffolk.

The system makes full use of the available roof space to offset the power consumed by the industrial fridges and freezers used to store food prior to its distribution to hotels and restaurants across the East of England.

GreenHearth assisted Elm Valley developing the economic case for the installation, aided the company with its grant application, reviewed a number of potential funding sources and secured a competitive HP loan to fund the element of the system that was not supported by the grant.
